About Gella

realeditorbest profile tools Bringing a hard, glitchy style with furious edits and a ton of bounce – this is proper dancefloor tackle. Skippy funky drums and bowel-churning basslines assault the listener, resulting in an infectious shuffle you just have to move to.

Having carved out a niche in the breakbeat scene in 2008 with storming remixes for Baobinga and ID, Unique 3, Elite Force and Merka, Gella is hotly tipped for big tings in 2009.

Forthcoming remixes on Bassrock and Mutate records are set to stir it up further, plus a Gella debut album is due to drop in 2009. The singles Chi Kaa Chi Koo and Twinkle featuring MC Spyda are out now.
