* Sex Drugs Anarchy is to be re-released on vinyl this fall. A special limited edition double LP foldout, remastered and with bonus track and new photos. Release date TBA soon!
* Gemini Five are currently in writing progress and will hit the Sweet Studio this late fall to record material for the next album due spring next year. A rough demo sample of the new track "Not for the Innocent" (written by Martin Sweet/Hot Rod/Tin Star) will be posted here shortly.
* Gemini Five will co-headline the Trash Fest alongside italian gladiators Dope Stars Inc. in Helsinki (FINLAND) on Saturday March 6th 2010

Plz welcome new member: TOM WOUDA on lead guitar - the fresh blood and new guy on the block! Native of Örebro (Sweden) Tom was found in Stockholm early August 2009 after a worldwide search. Tom's smoking playing and cool ways makes the band invincible! The new band is rehearsing like mad at this point.
The premier performance of the new line-up will be at Skogsröjet festival [Swe] in Rejmyre, Saturday Aug 29th 2009.

The Gemini Five line-up is finally complete again!
A new (to you) fresh swedish guitarist was found in Stockholm
a couple of weeks ago. The new band is rehearsing like mad
at this point and a photo session is sheduled with the swedish
well-known and established photographer Michael Johansson
on Tuesday August 25!
The new photos and the announcement of the new guy on the block
will be posted here at the official myspace on Friday August 2009.

Temporary lead guitarist Martin Sweet will perform
his last 2 shows with G5 this weekend July 24-25th
at Anchor [Stockholm]. We are unbelievable greatful
for him filling in as a much needed hand and to boost this band

visually. As he will continue giving a 100% commitment to

Those Swedish rock and roll bad boys Gemini Five are back with their latest slab of in your face high energy rock, 'Sex, Drugs Anarchy'. This high powered rock and roll juggernaut is powered by, Tin Star on vocals and guitar, Hot Rod on bass, Slim Pete on drums, and new member guitarist Dee Dee.
This is the band's third release and let me tell you, it's their best! Not knocking the band's previous outings, which were both rockers, but this one is a friggin' monster! I love how the boys draw you in with, "Thunder & Lightening" an atmospheric intro with acoustic guitar and electric guitar feedback with the crowd cheers fading in before the go for the throat chugging riffs of, "I Am Hollow" starts fires thing up.
'Sex, Drugs Anarchy' has that Motley Crue vibe around their 'Shout At The Devil' era, with the Metal riffs and shouting chorus lines. This leads us to the deep bass lines, and dark lyrics of, "Scream 4 Me" that sounds like Motley in the verses and Def Leppard in the chorus with a sprinkling of Hardcore Superstar thrown in for a little attitude! While tracks like, "Here's Looking at you Kid", "Lay Your Money Down" and the title track just adds more fuel to the fire and shows that Gemini Five can rock out with the best of them.
A sound so rock and so right, it'll blow you away. How they manage to keep this amazing standard up throughout is beyond me.
Gemini Five is such a breath of fresh air from all that boring indie and depressing nu-metal that's around. 'Sex, Drugs Anarchy' is probably best heard at phenomenal volume in an enormous stadium with a dazzling array of pyrotechnics to accompany, but failing that, just crank up your stereo and annoy hell out of the neighbors with what is undoubtedly one of the best rock releases of 2008.

"Sex Drugs Anarchy" hasn't left my CD player for some time now. Even though the joyful music that GEMINI FIVE
play is something that I sometimes listen to while drinking an ice cold beer, I never thought that such album would
end up in my hands. The Swedish rockers/metallers are back with a vengeance since their new album has the
fucking heaviest sound GEMINI FIVE ever had in one of their albums! The band releases its third full-length album
assault aiming to blow some fucking heads with their dirty Rock & Roll.
After having the chance to listen to the latest HARDCORE SUPERSTAR album, which I admit I have loved, I now
get the chance to review GEMINI FIVE's "Sex Drugs Anarchy", an album full of passion, sleazy motherfucking music
and a (heavy as fuck) guitar...
The good thing with this album is that it sounds more like the band is partying than a studio recording. Tin's vocals
are fucking amazing, the riffing is amazing and the rhythm section is exactly what it has to be, solid as a rock and
hot as hell! Don't have any second thoughts about buying this album! If you are into this whole Glam/Sleaze scene
and you love bands like HARDCORE SUPERSTAR, BACKYARD BABIES and CRASHDÏET then you have found
the new member of you album collection.

Swedish rockers Gemini Five joined the Rock & Roll circus 6 years ago with flash and balls and the talent to back it up. Since then the band’s been performing numerous shows in England, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Holland and landing record deals in the USA, Japan, Brazil, and of course Europe. Their album's and singles has been climbing top charts.
The two first releases "Babylon Rockets" (2003) and "Black:Anthem" (2005) have both received worldwide intense reviews. In January the band received an award for "SEX DRUGS ANARCHY" at the Swedish Metal Awards 2009 for 'best album' which made their third album the most estimated and recognized to date.

TIN STAR - a hard working melodymaker and cursed with
the gift of being a talented composer 24/7.
In 2001, Tin began looking for a new cool band
with the ambition to go all the way. Tin's responible for most lyrics and the main music composer alongside bass player Rod. HOT ROD - left Sweden in the late 90s for Hollywood to make the
"big time". Determined to join a band with the right looks
and a cool rock&roll performance.
Rod is never taking the easy way out or compromising
with the looks, output or attitude. Shares the song writing and producing with singer/guitarist Tin. Rod is also the bands spokes-person and main creator/creative force of the band's graphic design. SLIM PETE - a longtime friend and companion to TIN for ages.
Playing together in several bands, Pete was always
