I'm Gems McAdam, singer/songwriter and all round nice person. Music is my life and everything I do revolves around it. I have just started teaching music in my local school (hi kids, remember it's Miss McAdam!) and am really loving it! As well as singing and a bit of guitar, I play saxophone, dabble a bit on the piano and I have grade 1 onthe violin! At the moment I am in St. Andrews looking for some gigs! Am planning on sending my demo off to a few management companies and hopefully that will lead to me getting signed! Here's Hoping!
I play fortnightly at Platform, the music night at the Byre Theatre in St. Andrews and am the resident musician at the Inn at Lathones. I am also part of the new and amazing Super-duo 'Hector' with Andy Scott (on drums). We have played gigs in St. Andrews and Glasgow and are always looking for places to spread our amazing music! Apart from that I'm your average crazy ginger Scots girl who just loves to sing!So if you like what you hear, spread the word around and tell your friends.
