songs as a lover
songs as a son
songs for my brother
songs just for the fun
songs as a pilgrim
songs as a wandering hat
songs where I'm a dog
pretending Im a cat
songs of my dreams
songs of my day
songs of the things
that I have to say
songs in my body
songs in my soul
a song is a thing
I cannot control
songs on the surface
songs in the deep
every song is lonely
at the end of the week
songs that are happy
songs that are sad
songs when you needed
what you had
songs of the story
im fightin in my mind
ive heard that its normal
and it happens all the time
songs of a stream
i cannot comprehend
songs ive got to sing
befrore i hit the end
songs for the music
songs for the words
songs for the dancing
of all the different kinds of birds
songs on the stage
songs on the street
songs in my room
to the tappin of my feet
a song is a chamber
a house that will burn
down to the ground
there I'll make my return
and the veins underneath my skin
go back to my heart and it starts again
Any word on progress? Are we still using signs and the conversation?
I have been crazy busy, my new groups is 30-36 months old... so amazing. Today a a fight over a puppy pull toy turned into two new kids "flying" the dog... so cute!
Hey man I enjoyed your songs last Sunday in the park in Everett. If you are looking for something to do this Saturday, 20 Riverside is playing at the Tractor in Ballard. Hope you can make it.
I just started my new job at Chipotle yesterday! Everyone is super nice and it is probably the most relaxed corporate office you would ever see. Every one is in shorts and jeans. So they don't take themselves too seriously which I think is cool.
What I'm most excited about is free Chipotle!! I'm going to get some for dinner tonight. YUM.
Do I know you? I think I do. Do you cruise down Colby ave on Friday nights? I love cruising down Colby and listening to the Drifters on the radio and eating hamburgers and malts. Its a real swell scene; smoking cigarette butts and cat calling pretty gals. I swear I’ve seen you down there. You have that 55 Buick right? That’s a sweat cruiser. If you want I can show you how to adjust the carbs and get an extra 10 horse power out of it. Oh, by the way, my name is Johnny, Johnny Deets. I love doo wop music and cars and pretty girls. I heard your music. You have a smooth sound. We should get together and jam and check out each others cars. I am sure Iv’e seen down on Colby ave on Friday nights. Next time I'll see you I'll buy you and your girl a malt. See ya around pool. - Johnny
Listening to the re-broadcast of your show on Hollow Earth Radio. Sounds great! It was good to see you the other day and it's great to hear you now. -micah
