yeah we had a blast out there...3 overs, about 25 slots, and probably 10 unders. All on points with shakey heads, and dragging jigs, the big one came off the tires..It was fun, but ya I need to start throwing a big crank out there and catch some nice fish
Funny you should mention that because much to fred's disapproval my brother-in-law and I devised s plan to mount a trolling motor to the swim deck to troll lake of the oazarks this past week. Luckily the crappie were killer right off the dock on roadrunners so we didn't have to implement the competition ski boat in our angling efforts. If you want to do any deepwater fishing off of it any time soon...I ain't skeered!
nah, the lake gets soo boring, I have moved on too different lakes...I decided to fish Hubbard creek 4 days before the tournament, ran out there wednesday, had a fun time, and said what the hell, why not give it a go. Floyd seems like he runs a good trail, and if I am on some Lewisville fish I may fish.. I have a good idea of what they will be doing, but that lake is going to be beat up good this year, it could be a tough one
Yeah we absolutley smoked them in practice, had about 23 or 24 lbs for the first time on the lake, but it was overcast and not too windy...Tournament conditions were just a hair different...Dude Lewisville will be tough, I may fish but I don't think I would call it jackpotting
you fished Hubbard Creek? Think I saw your name on the results...I fished too and executed like complete asshole, it was a long day, to only end up with 4 fish, but had 14.47...Damn the bad luck
