About me:
We've got eight flavors for you to check out right now at your local heath food stores. Eugene and Portland have the juice and Seattle is getting on the bandwagon too!
What makes me so special is that we never boil the juice! That is right, no flash pasteurization here. That just kills everything. All the flavors, antioxidants, vitamins, enzymes….all that is good, is destroyed by heat.
SO THAT IS WHY WE DON'T USE FLASH PASTERIZATION. Because it SUCKS. Compared to High Pressure Pasteurization (HPP), it is like drinking dead juice or live juice. You make the choice.
Give it a try. I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but it really does taste totally different that anyother juice.
High pressure pasteurization is so good, so pure, its like drinking raw juice!
