I love to act!!! It is singly my most favorite thing to do in the whole world second only to kissing my boyfriend!! Reading is my second love! I read every day - and generally am reading several books at a time. I'm currently writing more books than I can keep up with! I love to paint - smearing paint on a canvas brings about this wonderful calm! I love learning how to play my piano and violin. I love learning... it doesn't matter what the subject is (but I tend to lean more towards Literature). If it comes in a book I'll learn it!
Music
I love musical scores from movies! Becoming Jane, Pride and Prejudice, Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter, Schindler's List, The Ladies in Lavender are just some of my favorites. I love most classical music, especially if Joshua Bell or Yo-Yo Ma is playing. I like jazz music as well!
Movies
The Paintd Veil and Dreaming of Joseph Lees are my favorite movies!!
I enjoy watching all kinds of movies except horror. Which I will watch through my hands... and occasionally beg after a really scary part to leave the theatre or to turn the tv off.
Television
Books
Books are friends that don't fail me! I love every book I own and all of the ones that I don't. Every so often I find a book store tucked behind some huge unknown building... it's fabulous being emersed inside and reading words that have transpired from someone else's thoughts.
Heroes
Every Holocaust victim who looked in to the face of evil. Those who get out of bed every day and make a difference! Those who are not afraid to chase their dreams. Those who aren't afraid of the roads that their dreams take them on. Those who choose to think and stay in a positive frame of mind. Those who choose to live life rather than complain about it.
About me: I love my daughter! She has shown me how to feel life in everything it has to offer. She is my entire existence and my best friend! She is absolutely the best decision I have ever made! Her continuous support and love drives me to be a better person every single day. Without her, my life wouldn't be colorful and I am grateful for every day that I get to share with her. She teaches me something new about the world, about life and about myself and being able to see hope and admiriation in her eyes reflected back at me is the most amazing sight. Her laughter is my medicine and it cures everything. The want for her to succeed is my greatest hope and desire. I am honored to share my life with this amazing individual. Loving her has been my grandest achievement second only to learning how to survive. And survive I do! My short life has produced some very trying and amazing times. I never quit. When I make a promise - I never break it. I'm very loyal - even to those who do not deserve it. I'm learning to stray away from the doormat that my past had made me in to. I have a difficult time of leaning on people. Even when I know I need it the most. I'm a very strong individual who knows her limits. I'm an extremely private person and very rarely find it impertinent to share every detail of my life. It takes a lot for me to love, but when I do it runs deeply. I hate talking on the phone but am willing to sit over a bite of food and talk about life and it's wares for hours on end. When I set my mind to something I achieve it. I dream BIG! I always have and always will! I have had one dream my whole life and slowly but surely I'm getting closer to fulfilling it. Check out my acting website: www.angelsmithonline.com
Who I'd like to meet: I want to meet more Holocaust survivors! I wish I could have met Primo Levi. He changed my life. I would LOVE to meet and work with Edward Norton.
Hey Angel! Happy belated B-day! =) I hope it was a great day for you. Sorry I haven't been in touch for a bit; my good friend, Gary, just passed away last Wed. =( Also, I've been planning for a move to Virginia Beach, VA. I'm leaving on Oct. 9th after work. I hope we can get together for dinner to catch up before I go! I'll be going to college up there for at least a couple of years.. :)
