BAND BIO:
Formed in early 2006, Generation Swine is a tribute to classic Motley Crue that does not compromise ANY part of recreating the Crue experience. Looking to start a fun, 80’s tribute Guitarist Adolfo Rivera aka Mick Mars put out an ad looking for Nikki, Tommy, and Vince. The rest of the “Crue” quickly fell into place as Chris Lowrie aka Nikki Sixx, Kasey Cox aka Tommy Lee and Rob Gebhard aka Vince Neil joined soon after. The addition of Sarah Stickel and Cindy Andresen as the infamous “Nasty Habits” finalized the band in its current incarnation and set the stage for Generation Swine to rock the entire Bay Area!In 2007 Sarah left the band to focus on solo efforts. She was replaced in January 2008 with Audrey Bridges.
Generation Swine recreate the Crue down to every last Motley detail: from the costumes that the band wore back in the 80’s, the lighting effects and props that the band used, Motley-style instruments, and the showmanship and stage presence of the band in its heyday not to mention all of the classic songs that fans of the Crue expect!
Frontman Rob Gebhard brings the same high-pitched wailing and over-the-top vocal style as Vince Neil along with Vince’s crowd pleasing showmanship and overall charm. His dead-on impersonation of Vince has won over even the most hardcore of Motley Crue fans!!!
Guitarist Adolfo Rivera shreds up his 80’s style axes with Mick Mars’ signature fret-scorching soloing and relentless riffing. His inimitable “Marsian” licks and incredible guitar tone really help define the Motley sound that is Generation Swine.
Bassist Chris Lowrie lays down a solid pulse with all of the punchy basslines of Nikki Sixx and still manages to impress with some of the same Nikki-style poses and stage antics. His considerable stage presence is a driving force of Generation Swine’s live shows.
Drummer Kasey Cox rips it up behind the kit laying down Tommy Lee’s signature beats and fills while upping the musicianship yet further with his own fluid hard rock style. He brings the ridiculous, out-of-control showmanship of Tommy to life every time with all the same stage moves, stick twirls, and facial expressions as the man himself!
The tag team duo of Cindy Andresen and Audrey Bridges as the Nasty Habits complete the live sound of Generation Swine providing all the glossy, melodic backing vocals of the old Crue records thus adding an entirely new dimension to the live Motley sound. In addition to their vocal talent, their amazing costumes and dance moves entice the audience to party even harder! These two push Generation Swine performances to an entertainment level totally untouched by their peers.
