Genzale is a group of young men with a burning desire to playing music. Founded in 2004, the band has its roots in Riihimäki, a small town in southern Finland.
In the beginning the most influential sounds for the group came from 60's-70's pop/rock groups such as The Who, The Kinks and Velvet Underground. Till this day the music of Genzale has evolved in a more ambitious direction and you can hear references to for example Can, Beatles or Wigwam. What tomorrow will bring... You never know.
When playing live the tunes are compounded for guitars (both electric and acoustic), drums, bass, saxophone, trombone and different kinds of keyboards. Genzale's concerts always offer exploding high energy and exciting turn-ups so after hearing the first chords and melodies it is impossible to say what will follow. Only sure thing is that it'll be a blast.
