Genz-Benz was started just over 20 years ago by Jeff Genzler. Jeff still runs this amplifier shop to this day. Chances are if you call, he answers the phone.
Jeff started building bass and P.A. bins in his garage. Last name Genzler...making bins...became Genz-Bins. Well, Genz-Benz. Thats where our name came from and by the way, the "G" is hard.
With our product, we aim to make the best guitar and bass amplification and speaker enclosures available. Thats a pretty high goal considering the product already available. So, at Genz-Benz we stress innovation. We have faith in our innovation because everyone on our design team is a professional musician. More importantly, we have a tradition and philosophy of listening to our customers and acting upon their needs. We honestly feel we do this without equal in the amplification industry.
Since our design team gigs with our amps as well, the build quality has to be exemplary. And, because we want our amplifier or cabinet to be the last you'll ever need to buy, our customer support must be exceptional too; we proudly feel it is.
Our most important source of pride though comes from seeing people like you playing our product. It is truly a privilege to have the confidence of creative musicians and to be able to work with them in this arena. As a privilege, we know it has to be earned and we strive to keep earning it every day.
I am still blown away by how much the Shuttle 6.0 is capable of. I have 115 dates till the end of September and am loving my rig. You know how picky I am but the dual 112's with the GBE1200 and Shuttle 6.0 gets it done 14 times a week for me. The 1200/112 in the club every night. And the 112/6.0 on the beach every day. Tone for days and volume to spare. I LOVE MY GENZ GEAR.
Roger / Jeff, The Shuttle is an outstanding concept and proven winner... I've been using my 6.0 + 2X10 on big band gigs (with the Acoustic Upright) and it "smokes" anything else I've ever used. Keep it up... Mark
Your amps rule! I have the El Diablo 60 combo amp and I have used it to record all the music on my page, it has been able to produce all the tones I have been looking for

Just finished another track with the El Diablo caled State of Mind (on our myspace page). Really love the tones we are getting with this amp! It's got it all. Grinding chuncky baritone to singing lead tones. It's like having a tweakable hot rodded Marshall that you don't any pedals or extra EQ. You guys put all the controls in the right place. AWESOME AMP!
