Here's a video of me and the band from a show called City Sessions. You can buy a DVD of the whole show, featuring exclusive live performances of unreleased tracks "The Garden Beside the Sea" and "Never Land".
Originally from Omaha, NE, songwriter, singer, guitarist, producer and engineer Geoff Pearlman has toured as a guitarist with Grammy winner Shelby Lynne and producer/songwriter Linda Perry. Relocating to Los Angeles in 2000, Geoff currently plays with many of LA's local faves such as Quincy Coleman, AM, Acadamy Award nominee Bird York, Jill Sobule, Walk the Line co-star Waylon Payne, Zack Hexum and Heather Waters to name but a few. Geoff is also playing frequently with his new country band the Dukes of Sunset and writing and recording with his new project the Fader Bros. His guitar playing has appeared on the multi-platinum records High School Musical, High School Musical 2 and Hannah Montana, as well as recordings by Joan Osborne, Jon Maclaughlin and other artists. Geoff is also a busy studio engineer/producer and his songs and scores have been used in television shows on the Travel Channel and the Food Network. As an independent artist, Geoff has released a full length CD "Anything at All" and an EP entitled "Someplace Like Nowhere", containing the songs "The Man with the Unbreakable Heart" and "Nightmare Waiting to Happen". Working with a cast of fabulous musicians (including drummer Bryan Head, keyboardist Michael Bluestein, bassists Dave Meshell and Jon Evans), Geoff recorded this new EP in the sonic shadows of classic records such as Neil Young's "After the Gold Rush" and the Beatles' "Rubber Soul".
All of Geoff's released catalog is available at iTunes and cdbaby.com

Hey Geoff, thx for hooking up - I really dig your songwriting - totally hear the influences (Beatles, XTC, Crowded House!!) Great stuff!
A friend's band Bryan Scary and the Shredding Tears just had their van and all of their instruments stolen after a gig in Los Angeles - including the drummer's 1966 Slingerland Blue Sparkle drum kit that was his grandfathers. (plus the band is from Brooklyn, now they're stranded in LA without their gear and transportation.) Please post this and help spread the word - hopefully we can help get their gear back. The list of stolen instruments is on my page myspace. com/screamingstone Thanks and rock on.
