I’ve been playing, writing and singing in bluegrass and acoustic bands from Austin for the last ten years. For the last four of those ten, I’ve been the flatpick lead guitar player for the Two High String Band (http://highstring.com, http://www.myspace.com/twohighstringband ), and have performed with that band all over the country from New York to Seattle and Key West to LA. This country (or however it should be labelled) project is a chance for me to record and perform some music that I’ve always wanted to do, but never had the time, until now. THSB keeps rolling on with its own new CD on the way. Hah! Thanks, Geoff...sorry to throw everyone off. I literally couldn't think of a SINGLE fiddle tune I knew at that moment. That's the problem with knowing too many different styles of music! ;-) Good to see you, too. And hope y'all have a very happy holiday season. I hope to come back and jam some more. Maybe next time I'll be more prepared?

Nice seeing ya last night...sorry I couldn't come up with a fiddle tune...*deer in headlights*, but it was fun just filling in with y'all. Some other time I'll be more prepared and less spacey, hopefully. Too many tunes hidden in this ol' brain, I think. Happy Thanksgiving!

We can't wait to have you play on 8/15/09! KRFC, the local radio station, just added your cd to the shelves in the library. We love that CD and will request it often.
