God's promise to Isaiah & Jeremiah carries over to us today. When you dedicate your heart to serve God in whatever way you are capable of and in turn strive for the heart of a servant that Jesus Christ had toward us, then you will see in your life evidence of the heritage of a servant of the LORD. You will see God's deliverance & protection, and His providence to you is your witness to the world that our God has made you in all things more than a conqueror because you serve Him. Be joyful when you are under attack and realize that attacks form the adversary teaches us patience and patience increases our faith in God. As our faith (believing) increases we begin to become perfect and entire. We want nothing because God supplies our everything. The only thing that stands between asking and receiving is doubt. We can not waver between doubt and believing. If we allow our minds to fall into this trap we will not receive the things we ask God for and will have instability in our finances, our health, our families, and all areas of our life.
When do we begin our day? When the alarm clock goes off, or when we have our first cup of Starbucks? Scripturally, we begin our day when we go to bed, because how we go to bed sets the energy field for the whole next day. So, as you lay your head down on the pillow, do a little inventory of the day. What did you learn? Where did you live in love? Set an intention that this next day you will walk with God more fully and freely. And then give thanks for another day of loving. ~Mary Manin Morrissey
