About George's

This is George's, Texas State University--San Marcos' bar/music venue. The Student Association for Campus Activities (SACA) has live music AND entertainment there just about every Tuesday and Thursday at George's, which is located down in the Basement of the LBJ Student Center. We've got some of the best up-and-coming punk, indie, Texas country, rock and hip-hop bands from around the nation, and uber amounts of spoken word and poetry slams so you don't have to drive to Austin or San Antonio to see a good show. Since we keep it real, our shows are always free and all-ages. Rock on!
