Hey Everyone,
For those of you who don't know me, I'm George. I'm the lead singer and founder of NY's Ultimate Power/Prog/Speed Metal band ZANDELLE. Our style has been compared to Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Helloween and Iced Earth, just to name a few.
Singing is my passion. I also enjoy acting (I have been doing off-off-broadway theater since 2003). My biggest acting accomplishment to date is landing my dream role: the lead in Jekyll & Hyde the musical.
My band ZANDELLE has completed work on our third official album, "Flames of Rage" which will be released on June 5, 2009. We've also shot two music videos which we will release along with the album very soon.
I'm very much into martial arts and swords. I have a very large collection and it's still growing.
My favorite bands include: Blind Guardian, Brainstorm, Dio, Dream Theater, Gamma Ray, Helloween, Iced Earth, Iron Maiden, Journey, Judas Priest, Lost Horizon, Queensryche, Symphony X, Sonata Arctica, and of course my own band Zandelle.
My favorite plays are: Jekyll & Hyde, Phantom of the Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar, the Scarlet Pimpernel, Bat Boy, Sweeney Todd and Les Miserables.
