Well ladies and gentlemen, it's the end of the road for this page. We have accomplished our goal of a Democrat controled Congress and a Democrat in the White House (Even though I never thought it would be Barack Obama).
I will check the page every once and a while, but I will not log on as I usally do. I welcome the President Elect to take is rightful place as our President. And should I ever feel the need to open up shop again, and expose corruption in the government I shall do so.

We have the way to turn our country and state around with Obama and Jim Martin. Get out and volunteer talk to everyone you meet. We can do it, we can make a better Country and future for our children. This is the worst I have ever seen our economy in my life time. We need to change the direction we are going in, and I know Jim Martin and Obama and Biden can do it.
Barack Obama promises to honor the best traditions of both parties. He has inspired us, he has raised our hopes and rallied us to higher purpose. He gives us the ability to TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY..!
The time is now! Fight with us! Fight with all you can muster! Let us blow past the walls of ignorance and intolerance!
The choice is clear; our cause is just; and now is our time to make Barack Obama the next President of the United States. Like Reagan once said, "If not us who? If not now when?"
REMEMBER THE LOCKBOX!!! (Or, Fiscal Conservatives. . .Who?)
John McCain’s new TV ad claims Obama will “increase government spending.” AMAZING!! Have we forgotten the 2000 election when Al Gore was ridiculed for using the phrase “lockbox” to describe his intentions for the extraordinary SURPLUS created during the previous 8 years of democratic leadership? (The question is, of course, rhetorical). Incidentally (and kinda importantly), those surpluses coincided with nearly a decade of consistent, sustained, and unseen for a century – PROSPERITY.
While its allocation among taxpayers is to be seen, the titanic deficits ARE a tax. It will be paid. The Republican’s successes give us some indication of the nature of the deficit’s allocation if it is left to Republican devices. Yes they have had their successes. While New Orleans was drowning and they couldn’t find a way to get a Power Bar to the Superdome, a Republican congress successfully passed a sweeping tax cut for the wealthy. (Although they wouldn’t use the term, their “trickle down justifications” sounded a lot like what we had come to call “voodoo economics.” Of course, the widening income gap (the super wealthy are getting super wealthier <–> while the rest of us struggle) suggests the cash has actually been TRICKLING UP). Rhetorically: Who do you think they are going to allocate the deficit to? And btw, NEWS FLASH: It hasn’t helped the economy. . . at all.
So,
REMEMBER THE ALAMO!!! REMEMBER THE MAINE!!!
And, when someone suggests democrats are fiscally irresponsible, tell them to:

This serious situation of global warming we find ourselves in requires due diligence and constant action of some kind by all of us NOW. This is the only way to avert this impending situation of us all being completely miserable in the future because of living in a truly ecologically messed up planet and because of this, everyone would suffer the consequences one way or another. This is not a warning folks, this is a “Bleeping” threat!!
Keep talking to others about why a Live Earth event happened in the first place. These concerts were a loving warnings from Life, and the most effective way to get the word out to the masses while providing easy answers and solutions for you. Remember, God does love us, but also, if we keep messing up over, and over, and over again, well, we all know what happens next. On that note, let’s all become ‘green soldiers’ for the earth by doing our part in our way. Keep informing yourself about the things you can do to change, and change. You will see it’s actually easy. The results of the actions of many together in a united front, is the life-shift that life is requiring of us now. Pass the word around.
