A collection of objects with light improvised through form, function, and aesthetic.The concept is simple and widely practiced throughout the product design industry of the past and present. This work is based on reclaiming the functions of used or found objects or materials. Their functions have been re-applied practically into lifestyle to describe new forms from old forms that function mainly as desirable objects with light.Light and sound are the principle mediums that conduct the processes and techniques needed to orchestrate this flurry of materials with forms and functions. .......................................................................................................

....................................................................................................... I am by discipline a product designer. I graduated from Kent Institute of Art and Design in 2003 with BA(hons) and MA in Product design. Towards the end of the MA I began to specialize in product lighting for interiors and exteriors. After having completed my studies I resolved a series of product lighting concepts centred around the entertainment industry i.e bars, clubs, restaurants and hotels etc… This was followed by the production of 15 different lighting concept prototypes that collectively has been branded as OWL (Objects With Light). This concept was generated under the influence of my passion for public performances and my extensive ability to improvise an object through form, function and aesthetic synthesized with scenario of environment. By the end of 2003 I begun working for Liquid Connective ( a large scale events organization) who gave me my first opportunity to perform with a pair of giant animated lighting installations I had designed and made. These proved to be extremely successful and have since toured most club venues in London such as SE1club, the Bridge, Brixton mass, The Rocket, The Stratford Rex, and The Glade Festival 2004/5 and many more up and down the country over the years. In addition to this, I was contracted to work on alternative weekends for Project Ozma and the Synergy Project who also organize large scale music events around London. puppetronics events .......................................................................................................

Since September 2005 I have been heavily involved as a primary designer in a number of high profile exhibitions publicly exhibiting my own design concept OWL with the organization Designers Block. These exhibitions have taken place at The Nicholls and Clark Building London, Seoul of Korea, The Canary Wharf and The Salon del Mobile otherwise known as the Milan Design fair and also inside the MJU – restaurant cocktail bar of the Millenium Hotel Knightsbridge London. My track record has proved to be a success. With numerous exhibitions and a generous helping of national and internationally renowned publications, my work in design has been spirited into the arts/design industry. As well as a product designer maker, I am fully proficient in digital media, as a photographer, film maker, web designer, and graphic designer, with 8 years experience on mac and pc operating.. I have undertaken a numerous and simultaneous amount of tasks from start to finish in the design and promotion of my own work. Spanning from conception and design of products, to final hand made prototyping in the finished form. Including the production of presentations through photography and film making and the entire build and design of my website and promotional material such as catalogue, flyers, price lists, business cards, packaging, and transportation. As a result I account for all the finances and logistics in my work ensuring that all components of the products and events are as cost effective as possible. My strongest point is my ability to conceptualise and generate rational but unique and simple ideas executed by a strong eye for beauty and a thorough understanding of making and manufacturing or production techniques of 3D and 2D media. The nature of my work as a designer, demands that I be a highly skilled craftsman and designer, as I make all the products I design, in forms of innovative batch production techniques. GEORGIOSI MOVIE PRODUCTIONS (f'OWL) ....................................................................................................... This is a theatrical presentation about the creation of one object from another. The 'Slinky', from famous toy to decorative light. This was part of a multidisciplinary study during the MA. Performance in design is the art of making an object, with results that are expressive of the creative process. Imagination going hand in hand with practicality and innovation. There is no oral justification for this anthology of principles and processes, however, capturing the performance of creation on film depicts many of the distinctive elemants suited for the creation of an object. Innovation in cinematography is not the aim, the objective is to envelope as many elements of the creative process as possible in a collective time based visual and audio stimulation. The focus for this musical theatrical performance is the "Slinky" light and it's story is how it came to be a light from a toy. The Slinky is an exceptional object for the dramatization of the film as its organic movement and clanging sounds embody a character of their own and seem to come alive on film. Inspired by a variety of music this is essentially an entertaining music video with synchronised editing of audio and visuals.
