Geri was born in Barcelona on 21-5-1979. From a young age he began to show interest in music and dance, listening to the beginnings of max mix and the best dance hits of the decade.
In 1995, in the middle of the dance movement, this sound machine began to put out the most forceful sounds, mixed with best hard trance of the moment. ... It was in 1996 when he decided to dedicate himself to this world, and when he realized that Barcelona marked the official course for DJs in this genre of music. Later that year he went on to win his first DJ competition in the club Bámbola. An accomplishment that only the best of DJs can brag about. His next step was to enter various DJ competitions, and he placed among the finalists in the club Scorpia competition.
Not content , he decided to enter several more DJ competitions. Among his accomplishments is a vicious 2 set performance in the club X-Perience of Mollet del Valles, which earned him a 3rd place finish. As well as a semi-finalist performance in the Championship at Cataluña.
In 2000, he began to record his first maxi-single called, DJ Geri - Danger Rave. Later that year be began to work at Club Chasis, where he paired up with Ricardo F and Juan Carlos. This continued his evolution as a premier DJ.
In 2002 he is resident of the Digital evolution (Reus), and was voted best trance and progressive sound. 2003 was another important year for him. He began to build his own recording studio a short distance from Club Zenith Vilanova.
In 2004-2005 he studied hard, and stayed in his studio where he proceeded to crank out over 20 tracks, his hard work finally began to pay off. At the end of the year he put the finishing touches on 7 tracks for an Italian label named Total Wipes. These tracks are flying off the shelves at the best retail establishments around the world. He is one of the most revolutionary and well respected artists across the globe.
In the 2006,it continues producing and playing, and edit to another E.P with 2 tracks called Horizonz E.P. begins its own radioshow call Trance State,2 hours monthly in www.afterhours.fm with a very good resultat, where it playing Trance, Progressive, Electro, Minimal House etc........sets with best tracks of moments.
In 2007 begins another Trance State in www.trance.es are differents sets with same sound. Also is weekly resident dj in www.radio-onfire.com.in the month of April also it participates in marathon of Spain in the mix playing next to dj's how simon and Shaker, wally Lopez, Chus and Ceballos, and Frank T.R.A.X !!!!.
Also a playing a massive Set in the beach, next to Pedro of the Moral.
Currently leads 3 radioshows own and different, with the best tracks of the moment. And also for this end of year to participated in the event End Of Year CountDown in afterhours where playing the best DJ's in the world as Armin Van buuren, Sean Tyas, Mike, Markus Schulz jules Judge Mark Norman Etc............
2008 Start Very good for dj Geri, Has shared dj Boot next to Mike Foyle, and Manuel Le Saux in kraks (Mataró), still in the Sunlight Sessions and this in the hope that leaving 2 new tracks for sale. Also participating in EOYC 2008 with the best Trance dj's of the world and Spain In the Mix 02 with the best trance dj’s from Spain.Also participating in the best parties trance in Barcelona the Sunlight Sessions.
Dj Geri nació en Barcelona un 21-5-1979. Desde bien pequeño empezó a mostrar mucho interés por la música dance, escuchando los primeros max mix y los mejores temas dance del momento.
En 1995, en plena explosión del sonido maquina empieza a pinchar los sonidos más contundentes, mezclados con el mejor hard- trance del momento. Es en 1996 cuando decide dedicarse a este mundillo y es cuando realiza el curso oficial de dj's en la academia plàstic Barcelona, para así aprender más en esta faceta. En el mismo año gana su primer concurso de dj's en la discoteca Bámbola, dónde es requerido para ser dj residente de dicha sala...
Su próximo paso es presentarse en otro concurso de dj's, ni más ni menos que en la sala Scorpia dónde realiza 2 sets y queda finalista en dicho concurso.
No contento con esto, decide realizar el primer concurso de dj's del recopilatorio professional dj's, realizando 2 sets en la sala X-Perience de Mollet del Valles y quedando en 3ª posición. Esto le ánima para seguir con fuerza y presentarse en lo que sería el campeonato de Cataluña de dj's celebrado otra vez en Scorpia y quedando semi finalista.
En el año 2000, empieza a grabar su primer maxi single llamado, Dj Geri -Danger Rave-. En este mismo año empieza a trabajar en la macro discoteca Chasis, dónde pasa uno de sus mejores momentos junto a Ricardo F y Juan Carlos. Es cuando empieza a evolucionar como dj.
En el 2002 es requerido en la sala Digital (Reus), apostando por el mejor trance y progressive del momento.
El año 2003 es otro año importante para él, ya que se empieza a montar su propio estudio de grabación y ficha por la discoteca Zenith Vilanova.
en 2004-2005 han trabaja muy duro en el estudio dónde produce mas de 20 tracks.pero todo trabajo tiene su recompensa y a finales del año 2005 firma 7 de sus tracks para el label italiano total wipes.
estos tracks salen a la venta en las mejores tiendas del mundo como pueden ser beatport,audiojelly etc.......................
En el 2006 él continua produciendo y pinchando y edita otro e.p llamado Horizonz e.p.También empieza a emitir su primer radioshow llamado Trance State, en una de las mejores radios de internet, del mundo llamada www.afterhours.fm,con unos muy buenos resultados, pinchando Trance, Minimal House, Progressive, Electro etc........
En 2007 a firmado diferentes tracks por 3 sellos distintos, y además su programa trance State se ha consolidado como un gran radioshow !!!!, a participado en la maratón Spain in the mix al lado de dj's como Wally Lopez, Chus y Ceballos, Frank T.R.A.X,o Menno de Jong una de las estrellas holandesas. También a participado junto a Pedro del Moral en una fiesta massiva en las playas de Tarragona. Actualmente lleva 3 radioshows propios y diferentes con lo mejores tracks del momento. Además para este fin de año a participado en el evento End Of Year CountDown en afterhours, donde pinchaban los mejores dj's del mundo como Armin Van buuren, Sean Tyas, M.i.k.e, Markus Schulz, Judge jules, Mark Norman Etc.........
en este 2008 a pinchado al lado de nombres tan reconocidos como Mike Foyle, o Manuel le Saux, y esta pendiente de que salgan editados para esta primavera sus 2 últimos tracks Philosophy, y End of Time. También a participado en EOYC 2008 con los kejores dj’s del mundo, y también een el Spain In The Mix 02 con los mejores dj’s de trance de España., y sigue participando en las fiestas trance más importantes de Barcelona las Sunlight Sessions.

LaFinKa ONG es una asociación que ayuda a las personas sin hogar (especialmente las familias) en Barcelona. Organizamos eventos casi todas las semanas aquí en Barcelona, y una vez al mes organizamos un gran evento multicultural en la que solemos traer DJ's internacionales de diferentes lugares y se mezclan con los colectivos locales. Eso puede ser en Barcelona, Londres, Roma o Lisboa. Nuestro objetivo es crear redes mas fuertes de artistas y construir platformes para los artistas para mostrar su trabajo en todo el mundo. Tratamos de trabajar con tantos artistas y músicos como sea posible e integrar gente nueva en nuestros proyectos. LaFinKa también cuenta con el apoyo de muchos de nuestros vecinos que no sólo utilizan nuestro espacio para promover su trabajo y las artes (gratis), pero también se refieren a nosotros que la gente está en necesidad de ayuda. También hemos creado un espacio para las artes y la música que está siendo utilizado por cientos de personas de diferentes artes y orígenes de la música. Con la colaboración de los mejores artistas europeos y locales, músicos, organizaciones no gubernamentales, y otras personas socialmente responsables y asociaciones que comparten nuestro punto de vista. En nuestros eventos hasta ahora hemos sido capaces de traer algunos de los mejores DJ's de Londres, Portugal e Italia, y mezclarlos con una mezcla de artistas locales conocidos y colectivos, pero también algunos nuevos artistas emergentes hasta que se beneficiarán mucho de estas experiencias.
