Who I'd like to meet: Actually, I'd rather be an invisible presence and follow people around. I mean, sure I'd like to meet Elizabeth I, but I doubt she'd have any interest in meeting me. However, if I could listen in on conversations, follow her around, I think my curiosity would be satisfied.
Everytime I read about someone in the past there is always an interest to know them better.
Nearer the present? Elaine Morgan, author of several books on the Aquatic Ape hypothesis. Or someone who's read the books.
I'd also like to go back and meet my ancestors, see what they were like, where they lived, how they lived.
