Get Bent Records is an ethical independent music label focusing on the grass-roots development of musicians that share in our do-it-yourself attitude, and penchant for great sound. Our goal is to bring together talented artists in a community-based environment, and provide a place for them to showcase their material under one roof.
Get Bent is the only record company we know of with the goal of releasing cd's and albums in 100% post consumer recycled materials, as its not only about the songs and the music, but also about being sustainable.
Its the year 2009, and due to the lack of vision in mainstream music, the world is heading underground to find the great artists of today. We've been busy digging the hole and trying expose the wealth of homegrown talent in southern Ontario and beyond, and with new partnerships and artists coming aboard this year, the breakthrough is imminent.
