motorcycling (road & dirt) and exercising. i've been exercising since i was 16. if i don't exercise now, i feel bad (menatlly and physically). exercise is so important to your quality of life and overall well being. i would say to someone that's never exercised is JUST GET STARTED. that's the hardest part. just do something to get your body up and moving. take the dog out for a walk or dust that bicycle off. start off with 5 minutes then work your way up, slowly. ideally, you want to get 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. find something you enjoy doing, that's fun. then it's not like work.

80's. still stuck in the past a little bit. VAN HALEN, METALLICA. although i a lot of the newer pop music, mostly dance stuff.
