About The Whip

This band started a few years after Karp ended. In the mean time Jared was in the Tight Bro's for a bit. After that, Jared hooked back up with Scott and got Joe to join on guitar, and the three formed The Whip circa 2002. Sadly, the band was cut short when drummer Scott Jernigan was killed in a boating accident. There was only one 7" released by The Whip and that offers a glimpse into what could have been.
