The road to fame & stardom is a very very very road, but for 23 yr old
Phillip "Streetlights" Collins and 24 yr old Charlieo "the
Knight Child" Brown...CEO's of Get Money Ent, it's been a road
they've been running a while. Starting out of high school,they put there words on wax, starting wit blank
tapes, mic recorders, and sample beats from other
artists in the industry,they patented their skills
then expanded the group by teaming up with singer/producer Keith "Diamond" Stevens,
from there the A-squad was born. In 2004 their
first underground mixtape "From All Angles" with hits
like "Hater's Anthem" and "Birthday" sparking
club performences & winning talent shows, even though it
neva surfaced to much public. In 2005 from"personal" complications, the group dismembered, and it
was back to the drawing board for the young CEO's.
Jules and Charlieo decided it was now or never,
they decided to start their own underground label, Get
Money Ent. A new label, new cost, new
names.. and new members. From Charlieo dropping
"Knight Child" from his name and Streetlight's evolving
to J.u.l.e.s(Just underestimated the level of an
eternal supastar) and recruiting new southern artist
Dubb and Yung Tuck, as well as up-and-comin teen sensation Richard
"Yung Buzz" Dobson. Wit everything from solo projects,
a new GME mixtape,to the official release of Jules and Charlieo's highly inticapated street war mixtape
"Simbling Rivarly" the label is starting to take shape and
heading to the doors of the biggest names in hip hop,Thus livin by their motto.."Hard work is overrated.. SO BE A BOSS!!!!!!"
