Raz Ohara and his Odd Orchestra return for their second album for Get Physical, II. It’s a warm, organic collection of avant-garde, open-hearted pop music which positively teems with life; a forest of pleasures and possibilities which you’ll want to lose yourself in indefinitely.
II is certainly less melancholic than its predecessor – it’s imbued with good feeling, energised by the rhythms and cadences of summer and the great outdoors - but it’s not euphoric; there is an underlying note of caution, of trepidation. This emotional mix is what makes the record so powerful, especially when allied to a similarly ambiguous musical mix: one which imperceptibly melds folk, classic pop, electro-acoustic experimentation and modernist electronics.

You probably know Lopazz best for his dancefloor-friendly releases on Get Physical, but the kaleidoscopic 2007 album Kook Kook showed that the German producer’s mercurial talent extended far beyond the club. Now Lopazz, real name Stefan Eichinger, brings you "Ambient Film Themes Vol. 2", a showcase of the film and documentary music that he has composed and produced over the past ten years with Steffen ‘Casio Casino’ Neuert.
The scores and tracks are taken from international documentaries such as 'Food Hunter', 'Perfume Hunter' and the UNESCO 'Treasure Of The World' series. Atmospheric sounds are recorded and featured from 'Victoria Terminus' in Mumbai/Bombay India, 'Orchon Valley' Mongolia, Macao/ China, Salvador and all of the Brazilian tour.

Siopis is not setting out to change the entire landscape of dance music, but he is doing his part to keep routine samples, repetitive vocals and predictable formulas at bay. His latest Get Physical release, ‘Really Love Ya’, reveals even more flashes of brilliance of his production artistry.
For the uplifting track ‘Really Love Ya’ he utilized an untypical and seldom heard vocal style to inject a slight element of surprise. The lush laidback pad melody sets the tune into cruise control while it drifts you off to a place you really love.
Inxec and Matt Tolfrey put some London love on their remix. The subtile application of all aspects of the original, but with an honest and percussive new twist have really paid off and made this a formidable remix.
