G.F.B. started rapping at the age of 16, along with his friend Noi who helped him create beats. They formed a group called 283, or BTD, which stands for their home town of Brentwood.
Things slowly fell apart, but G.F.B. kept working on his raps until he met up with Tony, bass player for metal band Stonemunki. After working on one song, 'Different', from the band's first demo, G.F.B. was asked to become a full member of the band, and has been fronting the metal act since the start of 2006.
In the summer of 2007 G.F.B. started working on his first demo, the mix-tape 2 Dumb 2 Do Anything Else. With the help from his band mate Marc shuttle there ended up with 10 tracks that merged together a variety of different aspects of hip hop with styles altering from tune to tune. The demo was released at the start of 2008 and the track ‘Find Yourself’ featured on Nick Fields set list on Phoenix FM.
More recently, G.F.B. has completed his second demo, Different Shades of Grey, which consists of 18 tracks that will feature collaborations with Stonemunki, Tibus, Surge, Deedz & Eerrie Kid. Release is scheduled for Monday 13th July 2009. G.F.B. is also planning to take his act out on the road where he will be making his debut at the Young At Heart Festival on Saturday 13th June. A 4 track EP for the new demo will be handed out on the night.

While looking at the cover of the album ‘2 Dumb 2 Do Anything Else’,
I'm wondering what G.F.B stands for. I pop the CD in and press play
and I get informed that G.F.B stands for Graham Fat Bastard. I don’t
listen to much rap from the UK so I’ll just try to catch what I can.
Even measuring up against the American legends I do listen to the
boy has got skill. I find it hard to follow his lyrics but I get the gist of it.
Before I know it the album is over and I’m not quite sure what just happened. It was good
but I don’t know why? So I put it on again, and this is what I got. The intro isn’t the albums
introduction but GFB’s own, and god help anyone who doesn’t know the London area. This
album includes multiple clever references to local spots including The Goose pub, Warley
mental hospital, Stonemunki (a rap-metal band GFB raps for) and MC phenomenal,
Romford local celeb-chav. The tracks on the album are well as well crafted as any rap track
I’ve heard, with tasteful use of movie samples inside and at the end of songs. Those that
require particular mention are: "Pacman" A Pacman song is always gonna score high in my book and this song is funnier
than a bird flying into a window! "Just Spittin" A 4:30 freestyle that runs circles round you "Saturday" If you are from near Romford, you've lived this night! Writer Joseph Mathurine
