Sisters Emily (12), Hannah (10), & Olivia (8) are G-FORCE! The Gendics Family Revue. The youngest all-girl band. G-Force features Emily on guitar & vocals, and Hannah on bass & back-up vocals, and you won't believe your eyes when you see 8-year-old Olivia feeling the beat on her drums. At ages 4 and 5 these talented musicians from Ohio all enjoyed playing drums and making guest appearances with their Dad in his country band. By age 7 they moved to bass and eventually guitar. With their father, a guitarist, and mother, an opera & musical theater major, they performed in church and eventually private parties and festivals. G-Force originated in 2006 - it's name inspired by the power of their music...and the difficulty of the "Gendics" last name to pronounce and spell.
Though many students are gifted on an instrument, the combined abilities and unity of this ensemble and youth make G-Force unique and appealing to audiences of all ages, and musically inspiring to children. The girls enjoy playing popular music of all styles and genres, but have also created original music as well. At the age of 8, lead guitarist and vocalist Emily Gendics wrote "The Car Keys Song" & "The Same," and at age 9 “My Appreciation.” G-Force tours Ohio during the summer with their family joined by 4-year-old brother Cameron, and 3 year-old brother Christian already requesting to join G-Force on drums.
Once you experience G-Force, you will be amazed by this contagious trio who was showcased in the 2009 NAMM Show (International Music Productions Association) at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. In March of 2009 Emily made her debut National Anthem appearance with the Cleveland Cavaliers. The girls have also performed on NBC WKYC’s “Good Company” & “Live On Lakeside,” Fox 8’s “That’s Life” with Robin Swoboda, Cleveland Indians National Anthem, Quicken Loans Stadium Monsters Hockey Pre-Game show & National Anthem, Playhouse Square, Cleveland's Q104 "Wilde & Fee," K96 Country, and WEOL with "Les in the Morning," and Lake Erie Crushers. They have also been featured in the Chronicle, Morning Journal, Amherst News Times, & Sandusky Funcoast; and the featured house band at the Kalahari Water Resort in Sandusky, and fairs, festivals, & parties. Wherever music leads them in their journey it will always remain in their hearts.
