About me: This page is dedicated to the friends and customers of Ghent Sandwich Shop. We were founded in Febuary of 1947 by Cesare and Vicki Saretto. The sandwich shop was taken over by Cesare and Vicki's son and his wife in the late '70's and became known throughout the town as "Pete & Nikki's". We are known by most people for our hot hamburger plates. Some say it is the best in town. If you haven't had one, stop in Monday-Friday at lunchtime and decide for yourself!! We are not a fancy place but we do our best to stay clean and serve good food. If you have never been by, please stop in and meet the new owners, Greg and Sandra Collins. They would love to make you a new fan!! If you are curently a fan and visit when you can, let us take this opportunity to thank you for your patronage. We look forward to seeing you soon! (Business hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm; Saturday 6am-12noon{breakfast served until 11am weekdays and 12noon on Saturdays. Sorry, no hot hamburger plates on Saturdays!})
