SHORT BIOGRAPHY : Frank Centauri founded GHIRIBIZZI in June 2000. Together with Yves Simmah, they are the cores of GHIRIBIZZI. Up 'till now GHIRIBIZZI released one demo-album, two full albums and one promo-single. Now already, demo-cd Zep Tepi, released in 2001, is a true collectors item. In November 2005, GHIRIBIZZI released their second album Pan'ta Rhei, recorded at Ace Studio (Belgium). Pan'ta Rhei, produced by producer/engineer Frank Van Bogaert (Ace Studio) and Ghiribizzi, became a well-known disc in the progressive rock scene in Belgium and beyond. GHIRIBIZZI returned to Ace Studio and their 3rd album Circuit Rewiring is recently released. Circuit Rewiring, produced by Bogaert, Centauri and Simmah, brings the band to new heights. GHIRIBIZZI rocks as never before and Fabienne Shaw delivered outstanding back.vocals on this album. GHIRIBIZZI delivers its divers music live on stage. Indeed, GHIRIBIZZI's recognizable sound and Centauri's lead vocal became the band's trademark and still is. Songs like "Don't Fear The Unknown", "Lost In Thought" and "Steam" are concert highlights. The band reformed in March 2008 with new and former musicians capable to bring GHIRIBIZZI back to the stages and to the studio, slightly in a different way. GHIRIBIZZI is Gino Bartolini on drums, Laurens Gardeniers on rhythm/solo guitar, Krid Yrus on bassguitar, Yves Simmah for keys/back.vocal and Frank Centauri for leadvocal/back.vocal/piano/keys/rhythm guitar. 10 of 232MoreOn July 28th, Frank and Yves' beloved dad and greatest Ghiribizzi fan Richard past away... He greatly supported the band over the years and was always present at rehearsals and performances. He even visited during studio-time. In the last week of his life he still gave us advice and shedd light on his views about the band and the songs. His perseverance was unique and gave the band the strength to continue. His favorite song was Lost In Thought. We will miss him badly, but the Ghiribizzi songs will keep him forever in our hearts and thoughts as a reminder. We all wish him a good journey... and we ... have to pull our way through ...

Alles oke maat !
Momenteel geef ik Gitaar lessen en ben ik bezig met mijn rock trio band genaamd SHEN en ga ik hier en daar als vervang gitarist spelen, ondertussen probeer ik ook nog wat te werken aan mijn eigen muziek. Ik hoor en zie dat alles goed draait met u en de muziek! als je in de buurt eens optreed laat eens iets weten dan kom ik eens af altijd tof om nog eens samen te komen .
