About me: Witchy,
clever,
cunning,
pale,
annoyingly
independent.
'Ello, My name is Amy Bruni. I am a fiery Irish lass from Northern California. I write poetry, I make music, and I read incessantly. I grew up in the country, chasing faeries and hunting ghosts. No, I haven't learned my lesson.
Paranormal Research is highly important to me and since childhood, I've been studying and mentally devouring everything I could find on the subject. I'm a very busy Paranormal Investigator and I am also a Producer for Beyond Reality Radio with Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson. You should listen to the archives if you get a chance, (we're currently on hiatus), because it's awesome, and because Jay and Grant are two of the most wonderfullest people I know.
As an investigator with TAPS, I spend a lot of my time working with many paranormal groups and researchers across the country. It all started when I decided to use my long time history with the seemingly unknown to help others who may not be so understanding of the subject. It's been a wild ride so far, and truly, it is probably the most important thing I will ever do with myself.
xoxo,
~Amy
p.s. I'm a total dork.

Also, at this time I am not scheduling any podcast or radio interviews. I love, love, LOVE doing radio shows, but I'm currently on the road and have a very unpredictable schedule.
Once you've done it all simply cook it per directions.
1. Rinse out and pat dry the turkey
2. Rub the inside of the turkey with kosher salt and pack it with lemon cut in half and tons of fresh sage.
3. start at the hole of the turkey... gently place your hand between the skin and the meat releasing it from the body. Be careful so it doesn't split the skin.
4. Rub a small amount of kosher salt between skin and body of breast of turkey. This will seal in the juices.
5. Now place sage leaves in a pattern under the skin on both sides of the breast.
6. Take fresh sage leaves and olive oil and rub the entire turkey with sage
7. You are ready to bake you turkey
8. Every 30 minutes peak in an make sure the skin is not getting too dark. If it is during the end of the cooking time I usually make a tent out of a large piece of aluminum foil and place it on top of the turkey. The turkey will continue to bake but will not burn the skin.

Thanks for the approval! I love the early 1900s artwork on your page. I've seen it before, and love that style. I also love Tom Waits, Dexter, and True Blood! And Ghost Hunters, of course! Keep up the good work!
