The term "Ghost" implies that though the actuall being is not there...the presence or so to say; his/her essence still can be felt. Well, thats exactly why Bill chose this alias. Ever since his adolesence, around the age of 8, music has had a tremendous impact on his daily life and what can be better summed up as his reason for living. Nothing in this world has made him more connected to this earth then melody. His first instrument, by choice, was the guitar. He started learning at the age of 9 and with his talent ventured in various part of the music industry and various parts of the world. He first started out playing all the classic rock music he could find. The scales, chords and sounds fascinated him and inspired him to become great. Throughout his school days he was in and out of bands mostly rock...then he started to progress to metal, and by highschool, was able to join in a metal band which he remained for a little more than a year or so.
He came from a musical family. Everyone played music. So, its easy to see how music grew up with him. The only boy, with 4 sisters and both parents, he became the one to truly leap out at music..practicing everyday and playing all day he quickly accuired skills on the drums in school and home, the Piano(his mom being a Piano Music major in college), and bass guitar as a given after playing guitar for about 7 years...With a little knowlege on violin as well he quickly took after studying it in college and home. Learning music history and music theory, he became exposed to all kinds of talent and music. His late highschool days was mostly bluegrass, jazz, and classical, stuying all about composition. Once he got to this stage it was just all kinds of experimenting with music. Joining a Death Metal band around college, he was able to produce 2 cd's being the lead guitarist in the band Crimson Massacre. After touring the LP in Europe, Mexico and America he decided to leave the metal scene for good after a few years, and loving hip hop all along the way decided to get into the production side; the creative side.
Being around the world he was able to meet all different labels, promoters, producers, and other artists which greatly widened his variety in the crate and in the head. Being settled back in houston, for about the past year he has been makin tracks for artists around here, mainly in the texas area. He makes his beats using, Nuendo, Cool Edit, and a few other things, he is able to easily compose a wide variety of styles and feelings in tracks, plus with his musical perspective it gives the track an almost composed sound to them. Generally workin on tracks 9 to 5, he has plenty of different colors for any kind of hip hop or R&B artist. He also has a great love for reading history, and philosophy in which he tends to make sense of his. In all of time we have what exists forever and what goes to waist. Forms however, the things we create will live for much longer then we. Socrates' writings remain today and have given this world much information and tought us much about our world not only helping it grow, but giving satisfaction to those who think alike. His "ghost" remains to this day. After about 12 years of accuiring all the talent and all the inspiration from the oldies, bluegrass, blues, jazz, hip hop, rock, metal, death metal, european, and spanish music, it all blends together in the tracks he creates. "Ghost," would like to have his music heard by the whole world we live in today, as well as the world to come after us. To him it is like he leaves his ghost with every track, and with the help of the artists on each one the sound of "Ghost Kronos Productions" will live after the last breathe in the last human body bellows its last sigh.
