Giallo Films is an independent film company run by Writer, Director Darren Ward.
Their first feature 'Sudden Fury' has been released worldwide on DVD and has had successful festival screenings at 'Raindance', 'Sitges' & 'Crimson Eye' to name a few.
'Sudden Fury' marked the last starring role of the late great 'David Warbeck' (Sergio Leone's 'A Fistful of Dynamite' & Lucio Fulci's 'The Beyond').

2004 saw the release of the eleven minute short film 'Nightmares'. Shot on Super16, 'Nightmares' delves into the mind of a serial killer. His previous crimes shown through a series of flashbacks.
The short film went on to win several awards. Silver Remi Horror/Fantasy at the 2006 Worldfest, Houston and 'Best Music' at the Cinema Edge Awards.
'Nightmares' has screened at LA International Short Film Festival, Worldfest, Cinema Edge awards & Leeds Anime and Horror to name a few.
Since summer 2006 the film has had close to 30 showings on SKY Channel 195, Propeller TV. After the success of the short, 'Ward' has written the feature script of 'Nightmares'.
2007 brings us up to date with Giallo Films next project. The HD feature 'A Day of Violence'. A gritty urban thriller that sees 'Ward' return to the stomping grounds of 'Sudden Fury', the underworld!
Brief Synopsis
A low rent debt collector 'Mitchell Parker' gets embroiled in 100K of stolen drugs money. A vicious gang, headed by the formidable 'Curtis Boswell' is hot on his tail.
'Mitchell' has his own dark secret and a past that haunts him. The chase is on!
The film is currently in production starring Giovanni Lombardo Radice, Nick Rendell, Christopher Fosh, Peter Rnic & Danny Dyer
