Copyright regulations are the instruments through which monopoly privileges are guaranteed to small groups at everybody's expense. Because of these laws, each opportunity of competitiveness for emerging artists is nipped in the bud. Just a chosen few are passed off as the best artists of the world and are placed at the top of the trade pyramid. Art is produced only for utilitarian aims and is studied for the target.
