After a childhood of rummaging through his mother's makeup bag and a chance to work for M.A.C Cosmetics Gilbert embarked on a career in painting faces. To put it mildly, the word "successful" would be an understatement: He counts Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Anna Wintour, Lindsay Lohan, The Pussy Cat Dolls as clients."I really love being a makeup artist, It never gets mundane or predictable and every shoot and show is different."
