GillaCamp.....
This is an all-in-one Guitar Camp, Guitar Workshop, and Guitar Clinic - a unique Guitar Music Experience that is fun, inspirational, and invigorating. Hosted by veteran master teacher, composer, and fingerstyle guitar wizard Richard Gilewitz, GillaCamp is the player's answer to turning over common frustrations while increasing fingerstyle techniques, overcoming fears and insecurities, rekindling the passion for learning new guitar pieces, and rediscovering the joy of guitar!
GillaCamp comes in a variety of program options of individual and group instruction for all levels and ages of player, ranging from the 3 day, 12-hour Full GillaCamp,the 10-hour 2 day version to a 5 hour Mini GillaCamp, to the traveling GillaCamp Gourmet Guitar Workshop that is a package of a multiple of separate 1 hour sessions from 1 to 4 hours. These workshops are held throughout the year and around the planet.

Mini GillaCamp.....
A unique 5-hour (1 day) preview of the 3 day Richard Gilewitz GillaCamp, designed to touch on some of the topics covered during the full GillaCamp that is held at various locations throughout the year. These MiniCamps are scheduled to take advantage of the opportunity to study with Richard when he is touring through your area. The MiniCamp is divided into 5 separate sessions of instruction and participants must sign up for the entire event as topics are built upon each other. Topics will include open tunings, slide, picking patterns, metronomes, and composition. Designed for all levels and ages of player, although some knowledge and skill in chord recognition, tuning your guitar, and tablature/music notation is helpful. Early reservation is suggested, as the MiniCamp fills up quickly. Starting times may vary. Check for dates and locations at www.gillacamp.com.

Traveling GillaCamp Gourmet Guitar Workshops...
Richard conducts a number of workshops that are designed for players to select topics of interest. Each session lasts 1 hour, and the event generally lasts for 2-4 hours for 2-4 sessions. These workshops are informal classes in guitar and fingerstyle technique and are often scheduled in conjunction with his concert dates. Perfect for the beginner who wishes to kick start their craft or the player who needs a tune up. Workshop schedules are found at www.gillacamp.com

As an artist and clinician for a number of major companies, Richard conducts clinics that are hosted by guitar shops worldwide.
