Gime Riddim is a traveler. His road is a proof. Grows between Madagascar, Africa and France, it was normal that it meets itself in the music... And musically, what of more representative of the unity(unit) in the variety of the planet than the reggae music?
It is at the conclusion of its first journey in Quebec that was born the idea of the compilations « ALLER RETOUR »
After various meetings and recordings in the cold country in the warm heart, the idea of a compilation including French and Quebecois singers comes
Roots rhythms, reggae on the verge of the hip-hop which offers some heat, the sun, the dance. A new way of discovering Quebec and France, with English-speaking and French-speaking songs.
On the instrumental versions of Gime Riddim we can hear singers as Bobby Dreadd, Positiv Young Lion, Heartical Theos, Silvanus, 6Klop, Rushy, Presto, Mc Gully and the others else.
Realized in self production with not enough means, the result is brilliant. From the graphic conception to the mixing, everything is studied in greatest detail, respecting the requirements of the professionals.
