Anything where they're cooking real food. Not super hippy vegetarian/vegan crap where they're trying to keep your vascular system healthy by using anything containing capsaicin. Two and Half Men, King of Queens or something Gordon Ramsay on Youtube.

Mark Bittman's Food Matters. Pretty straight forward. Repetitive at times but I like the way he thinks.
