Sounds Like
Funked-out jam band with a semi-salty aftertaste, yet overall always enjoyable to catch in their live element.
Only in Chico, California would a quartet such as Ginger Browne be able to spread their jammy funk all over town. Handling shows at raging parties, and a few choice excellent night spots around town, but looking into steadily speeding towards the future. Ginger Browne has the sound that makes the girlies get digital no matter what is happening at the time. The ladies always just start to move those enjoyable hips at the first sign of Steven's guitar style, spontaneous pelvic thrusting and rhythmic head moving soon follows when Sean get into the low end funk style that makes skaters everywhere daffy in pure enjoyment. Clothing starts to fly when Dan starts spinning his tables, and Alex naturally makes the girls begin to dance on objects that one would never think were dance-able. You can check out some more of Ginger Browne's tunes at www.GetNiceRecords.com, and while your there make sure to check out our good friends Midnight Seven, another great funk band. I guarantee you will want to break your own legs if you don't.
I'm Serious.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Ginger Browne....
