Esteemed as an interpreter of the French and Italian repertoire, lyric baritone Gino Quilico appears regularly with the world’s major opera companies, including the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, The Royal Opera, Covent Garden, the Vienna State Opera and the Paris Opera.
Over twenty opera recordings, including a Gold record for his recording (Noel).
Grammy Award Winner for his participation in the recording of Les Troyens (Decca).
In 1988 Gino Quilico was named Artist of the Year by the Canadian Music Council.
In 1993 in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments in and contributions to the world of music, Mr Quilico was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada.

Reconnu en tant qu’interprète du répertoire français et italien, le baryton lyrique Gino Quilico se produit régulièrement sur la scène des plus grandes maisons d’opéra au monde, telles que le Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, le Royal Opera, Covent Garden, le Vienna State Opera et l’Opéra de Paris.
Il a participé à plus d’une vingtaine d’enregistrements d’opéras dont Les Troyens (Decca), qui lui a valu un Grammy . Son disque intitulé “NOEL” avec Novem a été certifié Or.
En 1988, Gino Quilico était nommé Artiste de l’Année par le Conseil canadien de la musique.
En 1993, il était reçu Officier de l’Ordre du Canada en reconnaissance de ses réalisations et contributions au monde musical.
