Ciao! Mi chiamo Giorgio Rovati, ho iniziato a suonare la chitarra classica all'età di 9 anni, dopo aver frequentato una scuola di musica classica e diversi maestri con lezioni private a 16 anni ho avuto la mia prima chitarra elettrica. Abbandonati gli studi classici ho iniziato a studiare da autodidatta le tecniche chitarristiche del rock e del metal. Qualche anno più tardi mi sono iscritto all'accademia di musica moderna "LIZARD", studiando principalmente con Alex Stornello, Lelio Padovani e Nicola Balliana. Dopo essermi diplomato ho continuato ad approfondire gli studi musicali con Alex Stornello al MODERN MUSIC INSTITUTE di PADOVA. Ho partecipato a diversi seminari, clinic e masterclass con Frank Gambale, Paul Gilbert, Giacomo Castellano, Carl Verheyen, Dave Hill, Bob Brozman, Michael Mellner, Alex Stornello, Greg Howe, Guthrie Govan, Billy Sheehan e molti altri. Ho suonato in diverse band spaziando dal pop al rock al metal.
Attualmente sono abilitato all'insegnamento all'MMI, inoltre ho partecipato alla composizione e registrazione del debut album della progressive metal band Centrica, pubblicato dalla casa discografica MUSEA Records la cui data di uscita è fissata per il 25 novembre 2008.
