The Girl from Saskatoon released it's debut single "Aloha My Love" during the
international rock festival "Øya Festivalen" in Oslo summer 2003. The first album was named "This is only the beginning" and first saw record stores during april 2006.
They are now recording again, and the second chapter in the story about the Girl from Saskatoon wil be released upon the audience during 2008.

September 1:st our 1:st single, Dare To Lick (Hunter's Red Sleeve), from our upcoming album SILENT REVOLUTION,was released and is available on iTunes but also on our MySpace of course!
The album will be released October 1:st and later that month we go on tour in Germany with The Movements.

Due to a sold out concert on Thursday, Geoff Berner will play a second concert at Sound Of Mu on Good Friday, 10th April. Support will be provided by Lasso (elastique).

Howdy y'all! Saturday 7th February 2009: Lasso (your favourite exhibition-opening-cowboy-band) play a short concert at Lars Paalgard & Per Jonas Lindstrøm’s exhibition opening (natch!) at their art studio in Oslo’s Rådhus (council house).
The vernissage is from 13-16. Lasso will play at 14:00. Entry is free and refreshments will be available. Welcome! ..
