Hiking, kayaking, camping and fishin, pickin the banjer of course, singing in the choir at church, sharing great food and great wine with my friends, traveling anywhere and meeting new people. Heaven on earth is sitting in my backyard in mornings with a cup of coffee watching my cats chase butterflies, listening to the birds and feeling the "the warmth of the Son".
Music
Bluegrass, traditional country, delta blues, R&B, The Beach Boys....and anything that is real, raw, and purely straight from the heart.
My band, The High Rollers has a new recording out. You can get it by clicking on the link below. We're awful proud of it. Hope you like it.
Movies
Anything James Bond, Horse Whisperer, Chocolat, Pirates of the Carribean, LOTR Trilogy, Harry Potter, and...the greatest movie of all time....Urban Cowboy ! :-)
Television
My favorite TV shows are Canadian. CornerGas, and Little Mosque On The Prairie. Google them both...you won't regret it. I like British comedy, and I'm also a FoodNetworkaholic...dont' get me started on Giada or Bobby or Mario or Paula.
Books
Anything fiction that I can lose myself in temporarily (aka cheap cheezy romance). However, I'm currently re-reading "Catch a Wave; the Rise, Fall and Redemption of the Beach Boys' Brian Wilson".
Heroes
My mom and dad, my best friend Amy.

About me: Hi there, and thanks for stoppin by my site. I'm currently getting things underway with my own band, The High Rollers, and I'm honored to be part of the spectacularly original "Rodeo Pony" (check out their site on my top friends).
I'm an Americanadian. I was born in Ohio, grew up in Chetwynd, BC in Canada (see if you can find it on a map..lol) and now live in TN. Music has been part of my life since I can remember. My mom tells me that I used to cry until she would put on a Tammy Wynette record to shut me up. My dad taught me how to play the banjo when I was 14 and he and I both agree that Earl Scruggs wrote the book on how to pick banjo. I love JD, Sonny, Ralph and all the others, but Earl...well..he's the man. I have 4 sisters and a brother and they are a very prolific bunch. I have 13 nieces and nephews and 18 great nieces and nephews. They all live in Canada and I pretty much miss them all on a daily basis. I couldn't do what I do without them.
Who I'd like to meet: Bobby Flay, Paula Dean, Mario Battali, Brian Wilson, Paul McCartney. Now, for whom I'd love to have met, Lester Flatt, Elvis, Keith Whitley, my g-g-g-g-g-great grandfather Johannes Roller who came from Germany in the 1700's and fought for America in the Revolutionary War.
This player has some of the songs from my debut album, "Believe Again". You can get the individual tracks or the album at iTunes. The album is also available at CD Baby, Napster, Amazon, and Lala. Have a wonderful week and God bless.
lol, don't have to worry about it until July 15.....definitely want the "good stuff"....I have watched too many "House" episodes, which I love that show......thanks for the concern! Don't want to miss any good bluegrass!
Hey Robin, I haven't been on myspace in forever. Hope you are doing well. Would love to see your band,,,,hey, next week is my birthday and I'm having a party, get your band together and come over and practice for us :)....April 18th at 6:00...would love to see you!

Hey girl! Didn't you post a couple of days back about someone going to Bonnaroo? I would be interested! I got to go for 1 day last year and it was a blast! You still interested?
Hey! I am looking at the dates of Bonnaroo and they are the same as CMA Music Festival. I would actually rather go to CMA Music Festival, instead. I thought one of my friends was going to be performing at Bonnaroo, but can't do it 2 years in a row. She performed last year and has been invited back to do it again, but with festival rules, can't perform 2 years in a row! Anyway...
