What the heck is Girls Gone Pride? Well, sit down children and let me tell you a story. A long time ago (1990- something), Two strong, wonderful, sexy (I digress), women decided to form a group that dedicated itself to world peace and the freedom of women loving women everywhere. Well, the world peace thing is an ongoing mission but in the meantime we thought "Well, lets just have a party!"
Girls Gone Pride is proud to sponsor some of the best women’s gatherings in Atlanta and soon to be in other cities as well. We welcome all women gay & and straight (and curious) to play together. The objective of these gatherings is to have fun, catch up with old friends and make new ones, while being in an environment that lets you be you. In other words you can get your freak on, bring your sexy back, whatever you so desire!
As the adage goes; “there are no strangers, just friends we haven’t met.”
Catch our next party venture June 21st with Labrys magazine at My Sisters Room on Glenwood Ave in the fun and funky East Atlanta Village or catch our Lesbian Speed Dating events now going on monthly at Birdi's on the ever popular Decatur Square. Also we are really excited to be bringing you one hell of a party at the beautiful,posh Wetbar on spring street in downtown Atlanta on August 16th. We have posted hotel info for that on our blog.
