Programs
Our Technology and Leadership Program gives young women a chance to acquire technology, leadership, and job skills while they're being paid for meaningful employment. The intensive 100-hour program employs 12-24 young women per program cycle, which runs three times a year.
In addition to this paying job program, Bound for Success helps girls prepare for college and apply for jobs. As needed, Bound for Success also guides girls through life-management challenges, such as housing needs, health and pregnancy issues, problems with schoolwork, and a myriad of other issues that, if left untended, can undermine their potential for life.
