About me:

In 1980, I was lucky enough to marry a man I could spend the rest of my life with. We have been honored and blessed with three beautiful children. There's nothing more humbling than to watch a child grow from a tiny baby into a respectful, caring and loving adult. We can take comfort that our greatest contribution to this world is the ones we will leave behind.


When I'm not working, my playground of choice is my sewing room. I'll post lots of pictures here of things I make. Most will be gifts for the cutest little people in the world ... and every now and then, something for our furry grandchildren as well.

    I had some abdominal pain and spotting, so they checked on everything for me. All is well, but they'd not normally do an ultrasound that early.

    Honestly, every time I hold her up in her closet, she goes to that dress. She *loves* it. I had to remove the bow, though, b/c she kept pulling on it really hard and I was afraid she'd rip the hanky material. But she would *love* more Kilty Spoke originals.

    Sadly i won't be graduating this year :(
    I switched schools up to dowagiac alternative ed..and with the prices of gas i can't afford to go, so i fell behind...but i am definatly graduating next year!

    It's all goin good over here, i dont get on much, thats why i never get the chance to talk to you anymore....

    Mom just got back from Germany, she spent a month there visiting family.

    She loved it...next time they go, jimmie and i are going...but thats 2 years from now...

    Trying to find a job, but ya know how the economy is now...can't find one..anywhere..

    Well thats pretty much all thats new over here...

    Thanks for the comment....it was VERY hard picking which ones we wanted...mom spent waaaay to much on them but hey, its her money lol. so hows everyone down there doing? its pretty good up here, same old same old, ya know how it goes lol.

    Yeah and then I read this morning that sippy cups can cause speech impediments and you should use cups with straws instead. So I'm making a trip to Wal-Mart today to buy straw cups to replace her sippies. Oh well.
    She just doesn't do well enough with a regular cup yet!
