G-RG è un progetto che ha inizio nei primi mesi del 2008, dopo anni di sperimentazione che portano alla registrazione di due cd “In punta di piedi”, del 2002, e “Periferie e dintorni” nel 2006; il primo alla ricerca di quel suono che caratterizzerà poi la musica di G-RG negli anni a venire e soprattutto il nuovo disco “ Border-Line” del 2009, a cavallo tra la new wave degli anni '80 e l'industrial dei giorni nostri. Come sfondo del progetto, ma da non sottovalutare, c'è la partecipazione ultradecennale di G-RG in qualità di bassista al gruppo rock progressive dei Peabrain, con cui ha registrato “Babbo Natale non esiste” e “ Luciferologia” e vari altri brani che nel corso degli anni plasmano il suono della band. In questi ultimi mesi G-RG sta lavorando alla stesura del nuovo disco prevista per il 2010...
G-RG is a project that began in early 2008 after years of experimentation that lead to record two Cds: "In punta di piedi" in 2002 and "Periferie e dintorni" in 2006; the first to find the sound that then characterizes the music of G-RG in the years ahead and especially the new album "Border-Line", of 2009, between the new wave of the 80s and the present industrial. As background of the project, but should not be underestimated, is the contribution of G-RG ten years as the bassist for progressive rock group Peabrain with whom he recorded "BabboNatale non esiste" "Luciferologia" and several songs over the years shape the sound of the band.
