Vo 浅井麻衣子とKey 三和宗久によるポップスユニット。
2002年9月結成以来、名古屋を拠点にライブハウスやクラブなどで活動。
クラブジャズ、アシッドジャズのテイスト溢れる楽曲は、伸びのあるパワフルなボーカルと相まって、しばしばグルーヴィンポップと形容される。
３rd.マキシシングル『face up!』はTV CM「就職時代」のCMソングとして使われたほか、舞台や映像作品のイメージソングとしても多数使用された。
