Gladrags is all about getting down on a Friday night until the sun comes up on a Saturday morning! Gladrags started way back in September 2002 firmly putting Friday nights back on the map in Leeds after almost a decade of Saturdays being the only night for clubbers in the city.
 Gladrags started and is still at the swanky yet very intimate venue, The Space, which also hosts Funkydory as well has having the legendary Hard Times in the past. Gladrags is a straight friendly party and as such brings the funkiest and most beautiful crowd in Leeds out to start the weekend. Resident DJ's include: Tin Tin, De Hooch, Da Sendri, Dirty Freek, Simon G, David Ryan, Greg Myers, Lisa La Funk, Craig Jay and Joe Saint. Gladrags has invited many distinguished guests, such as Kinky Malinky, Housesonic, Pukka Up, Privilige World Tour, Ibiza Groove through its doors, and the response is always the same, "wow when can we play again". Gladrags has also travelled and held events at Love Leeds 2005, Turnmills London, Pacha London, Manto's Manchester, The Point Sunderland, Empire Middlesbrough, Revolution Milton Keynes and Garlands Liverpool. Watch this space for the dates but we can confirm that in the Summer we will be doing boat parties in conjunction with Pukka Up and also some big dates at Es Paradis. But it is still at home with the weekly Friday event at The Space with our very special regulars who create an unbelievable atmosphere that every Gladrags DJ, whether resident or guest, feels they have just played the best set of their lives, don't believe us, just ask any one of them.
