About me:
   
Autistic Youth hail from Portland USA, are barely out of school, and they're already making some of the best punk rock I've heard for years. An absolute treat for anyone into late 70s/early 80s American punk - Adolescents, The Wipers, The Avengers etc - but just as good for everyone else, AY get the balance right between aggression and melody.
Local support comes from Intentions - melodic hardcore from Dundee/Edinburgh. The fact that they've got ex-members of Engage and In Decades Decline on board should suggest something as to their style and quality.
Rounding off the line-up will be Citizens, Glasgow's finest purveyors of stop-start hardcore punk, and fellow Weegies The Lie Detectors, who sound more like the Lillingtons than the Lillingtons do. These two are my favourite locals since the mighty Atomgevitter first started thrashing, do not sleep on them!

Unthank Press is the combined efforts of three wretches - Mick, Alice and Colin. Operations have hovered under various names in the past, involving Mick and Alice with occasional help from a few other good souls. We put on DIY punk/hardcore gigs in Glasgow, Scotland and try to maintain respectable levels of sanity throughout.
