From working man’s hot dungeon of dirt, oil and rock comes the ultimate fuzz experience: El Gordo. The depths of their stonerrock influenced rollmania can best be described as the feeling of being hit by an oversized dieseltruck, over and over again - and you’ll still get up begging for more. The band distinguishes them selves from other bands in the genre by producing long songs without loss of energy.
Perhaps it is the catchy riffing, the nucleardriven drummer or the ’beerbottleopening’ lyrics that makes each song an intense and never boring journey. This is the best possible music for a long car drive, if you got a good bass system in your car that is.
In concert, this smelling trio nails you to your seat, to the wall or to the floor so make sure that you have found your place before the concert starts. If you’re able to move you will be brutally sucked towards the stage cause these guys deliver real vacuum cleaner music. You’ll be pulled in with all the filth around you and spit out at the last hard punch of the exhausted crash cymbal or roaring chord from the sweat bathing guitar. It’s not a promise, it’s a dare.
