Here are a few that come to mind. . . Sam Cooke, The Beatles, Pierce Pettis, U2, Ellis Paul, Randy Stonehill, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Buddy Holly, Keith Green, Woody Guthrie, John D. MacDonald, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, David McCullough, The Police, Neil Young, Smokey Robinson, Jesus.... And some artists that have been keeping my iPod busy lately: John Mayer, Maroon 5, Chantal Kreviazuk, Alice Peacock, Marc Broussard.
My biggest blessing in life is being a husband to Cindy and father to Max and Caleb. I grew up in the Northeast but moved south after graduating from college. I've been a worship pastor at Community Bible Church in the Atlanta area since 1996, where I've been privileged to work with dozens of great musicians and singers over the years. With support from CBC, my family and I moved to Lower Manhattan in the summer of 2004 to help plant Mosaic Manhattan Church near ground zero. Upon returning to Georgia in January of 2006, I began work on Red Circles, a Pop/Rock collection of original material featuring songs inspired by our work in New York and candid reflections on the journey of faith. Red Circles, released in December of 2007, is available on iTunes and at www.cdbaby.com/ghall. Thanks for listening. --------------
Hi honey! Just wanted you to know that I'm thinking about you and praying for you, especially this week. Thank you for loving me and our kids the way you do and for being a wonderful husband and dad. I love you!
Glenn, the Telecaster sounded great this morning! It was good to see ya playing electric. The whole set was good this morning! Have a great week, and rock on!
Yeah...we're in the Highlands of Virginia! It's great, but we miss home like crazy. Margie and the kids are doing fine. How's Cindy and the kids? Be good brother. Dano
